Chat with the Seller
Found something you like? Tap 'Chat with Seller' on the product page to ask about fitting, fabric condition, dupatta details, or negotiate the price. All conversations happen in-app — phone numbers and emails are hidden for your safety.
Select Dates & Book
Pick your rental dates from the availability calendar on the product page. See the full pricing breakdown — rental fee, security deposit, and cleaning fee — before you confirm. Your payment is held safely by Dresso.io until the outfit is handed over.
Pay via JazzCash, Easypaisa, or bank card. The seller only gets paid after you receive the dress.
Pickup or Delivery
Meet the seller in person or get it delivered via TCS / Leopards anywhere in Pakistan. At handover, both parties go through the in-app Condition Checklist — photograph the outfit and note any existing wear. This protects both sides.
Wear & Shine
The outfit is yours for the rental period. Wear it to your barat, mehndi, walima, or any event. Take all the photos, get all the compliments — it's your moment to shine.
Handle with care — you're responsible for the outfit during the rental period. Any damage beyond normal wear may be deducted from your security deposit.
Return & Get Your Deposit Back
After your event, return the outfit in the same condition. The seller inspects it and taps 'Confirm Return' in the app.
